New-Tech Hydraulics offers a complete in-house manufacturing and service facility, including three-plane dynamic and static balancing, hard chrome plating, high-precision cylindrical grinding, repair and maintenance, and heavy-duty CNC turning. Our facility is equipped with three CNC turning lathes—Mazak, Alphaturn, and Jyoti—along with computer-interfaced ABRO (USA) and ROKDE balancing machines, ensuring vibration-free and smooth operation as per ISO standards. We are capable of balancing rollers up to 7000 mm in length, 1600 mm in diameter, and 3000 kg in weight, grinding up to 6000 mm in length, and CNC turning precision components such as shafts, hydraulic pistons, screws, tie bars, and steel rollers up to 500 mm in diameter and 5000 mm in length. We manufacture and refurbish hard chrome-plated and elastomer-coated rollers with chrome thickness ranging from 7.5 to 350 microns and hardness up to 75 HRC. Our services include mirror finishing, core renovation, shell replacement, and leakage repair to improve performance, reduce downtime, and extend roller life across industries.
